Joni Laughlin is the Area Director for Southwest Fort Wayne. She has been leading Young Life for 3 years! She graduated nursing school in the 1900's 😜, stayed home with her boys until they were both in school and then went to work for a local church before joining YL!

Phil Laughlin has been leading with YL since 2021! He's a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and now he works for a Class I railroad as an instructor. He loves to fish!

Sophia Wulliman has been leading since the summer of 2023! She is attending Huntington University to be come an Occupational Therapy Assistant. She is engaged to Nic Laughlin!

Megan Jehle just started leading with Young Life this year! She attends IU Fort Wayne and is studying to be an occupational therapist. She loves to play guitar!

Isabel Habecker has been leading with YL for two years and serves as Area Administrator for Southwest Fort Wayne! She works in the office for Rudae's School of Beauty Culture. One of her favorite experiences EVER was Summer Staff!

Jason McPherson has been a leader for 3 years! He started this year as a School Resource Officer at Homestead High School. He has awesome jokes, come meet him and find out!

Aeden Ligon has been leading for a year, and heads up Dudes and Donuts on Thursday monrinings! He works as an athletic trainer at Homestead High School. He used to be a cheerleader!

Rachel Radloff is in her first year leading with Young Life! She is a Special Education teacher at Homestead High School since Fall 2009, and coaches Champions Together Basketball and Unified Track. She is from Wisconsin!
